Woohoooo. We have our first egg from the latest flock of 1000 birds that joined our farm! 🥚

Pullets are the first eggs laid by the young hens (start laying around 20 weeks) There is more yolk than white in each, sometimes lucky enough to get double yolker, this makes the yolk flavour increase! A pullet egg is simply, just a little egg, suitable for anything you would use a big egg for! These eggs are rich in natural protein and Vitamin B12 which is a very important nutrient! 🥚
